OMG, late to the party but this is some of the best occult infused doom stoner tackle I've ever heard. Reference points include Sabbath (obvs), especially with the Ozzy-esque vocals but there's also the melodiousness of early Heep mixing with a more contemporary occult rock sound. It starts in the 70's and makes it to the present day. The riffs are huge but it's their way with a hook that elevates this from your average doom/stoner fare. Very wonderful indeed! egg-magoo
Habibi's garage minimalism has a bit of post-punk, bubblegum, and indie in its DNA, but remains something entirely, coolly their own. Bandcamp New & Notable Mar 30, 2024
Kansas City trio Flooding draw out the more mystical qualities of slowcore and noise rock for a heavy sound that's less stony than doom. Bandcamp New & Notable Oct 26, 2023

Wonderful specimen of old school 90s grunge rock, with influences that range from Soundgarden's "Louder Than Love" era, to the grooves of Gruntruck and the melodic approach of Skinyard. This powerful duo delivers an album of rare quality that it's impossible not to love and it gets better and better with every listen. Many extra kudos for the excellent sound and the seriously good songs. At "name your price", you have no excuse but to add this gem in your collection today! Ioannis Valiakos
